Client Care Representative

We pride ourselves on providing gold standard medical care, and elevating the client experience. Our #1 requirement is a minimum of 2 years experience as a veterinary customer service representative. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience or training/education working in a veterinary facility
- Must be friendly and people oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to be cross trained to other areas of the hospital including but not limited to pharmacy and treatment
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience with digital medical records a plus
- Must be a team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and fear free animal handling
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable working with animals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Personable, empathic disposition.
- Capacity to work well during distressing situations.
- Ability to work shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift/push or otherwise move 50 lbs
- Dependable attendance required
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during an 8-10 hour work day
- Visual acuity sufficient (accommodations available upon request) to maintain accurate medical records and understand written directions
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently (accommodations available upon request) to understand and provide information over the telephone or in person
- Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing hospital equipment such as computers and more
- Commensurate with skills and experience, pay range from $17 to $21/hr
