- Based on their medical records, PPHC will create your pet’s custom travel checklist that will outline the action items and vet appointment dates. They’ll provide detailed instructions for each vet exam.
- PPHC will send our team detailed instructions, rabies certificate, and pre-filled health certificate(s) prior to the appointment to ensure a smooth health certificate exam. You will also receive this information.
- PPHC pays the endorsement fee, provides the pre-paid shipping label, and works with the USDA until the health certificate is endorsed and delivered to you in time for departure.
- Finally, you will have all the veterinary paperwork ready for departure day!
