We’re looking for an exceptional Client Care Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an elevated client experience. This is more than a front desk role. Our CSRs set the tone for every visit – offering concierge-level service, guiding clients with empathy and clarity, and anticipating needs before they arise. From thoughtful amenities to clear communication and seamless coordination, you’ll help ensure every client feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a veterinary hospital
- Friendly and people oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to be cross trained to other areas of the hospital
- Intermediate computer skills
- An enthusiastic team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and animal handling
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/push or otherwise move 50 lbs
- Dependable attendance required
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during an 8-10 hour work day
- Visual acuity sufficient (accommodations available upon request) to maintain accurate medical records and understand written directions
- Ability to speak and hear (accommodations available upon request) sufficiently to understand and provide information over the telephone or in person
- Commensurate with skills and experience, pay range from $20 to $23/hr
- Fear Free certification
- Enrollment in group health plan (including vision + dental)
- 401K Enrollment with match after 1 year
- Paid time off
- 3 paid major holidays
- Time and a half pay for 5 minor holidays (if worked)
