General Information

From general wellness care, to urgent care,  to dental and surgical procedures, our staff can provide the most cutting-edge veterinary care for you and your pet. The veterinarians in our Bristow, VA office, assist our clients with all of their pet’s needs, whether they are related to a complex condition, an emergency, or simply a routine immunization.

We are open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, and 11am-7pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

We do accept walk-in appointments, however, we encourage scheduling an appointment if possible to ensure a prompt visit for you and your pet. Urgent care walk-in appointments may have a 2-3 hour wait. Your pet will be triaged upon arrival, and if your pet’s condition is not determined to be a medical emergency, you are welcome to enjoy our amenities while you wait, or drop off your pet and run a few errands while we’re fitting them in.

Appointments & Policies

We require a deposit for urgent care appointments. If you no-show for an urgent care appointment, your deposit is retained as a no-show fee.

Absolutely! If you have a preferred veterinarian, we are happy to accommodate your preferences. Please note, if your pet is in need of urgent medical care, we do not have every doctor in the building every day – while we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, it is not always a guarantee.

Bring your pet’s most recent medical records if you have them, and bring their favorite treats! If they have any “comfort items” (favorite toy, blanket, etc), you can bring those as well – we want them to feel comfortable and safe here!

Unfortunately due to regulations from the FDA and the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine, we are unable to offer telemedicine. However, once we have an existing veterinary-client-patient-relationship, we are able to provide some consultation for chronic conditions via email and phone.

Services & Procedures

Yes, we do offer spay, neuter, and other general surgery!

When you arrive for your appointment, our dedicated client care team will escort you to an examination room. One of our veterinary assistants or technicians will come in and get a verbal history from you and obtain vital signs on your pet. Then, the veterinarian will perform a full physical examination on your pet – from nose to tail! Once the doctor has completed the physical examination, they will let you know their recommendations for vaccination and preventative care.
