Toxic Plants to Watch Out For:

Other Yard Hazards:
- Cocoa Mulch: Contains theobromine, toxic to dogs.
- Slug Bait & Fertilizers: Often contain chemicals dangerous to pets.
- Compost: Can develop harmful bacteria and molds.
Pet-Friendly Alternatives:
- Marigolds, snapdragons, and sunflowers are often safe.
- Use cedar or pine mulch instead of cocoa mulch.
- Fence off garden beds to keep curious noses out.
